Phishing Scam Targeting University Community
Password changed required for recipients of recent phishing scam.
Some members of the University community have recently received a phishing email that aims to steal NetID and password information. Out of an abundance of caution for personal information and University data, we are asking that anyone who received this email change their NetID password by 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024 to reduce any further risk from this phishing incident.
Those directly affected in this phishing incident received a communication from UITS on Dec. 18 asking them to change their NetID password before it expires on Jan. 5. Change your password by going to netid.arizona.edu.
