This Thursday and Friday, September 23-24, the Arizona Board of Regents will be meeting at Arizona State University, Tempe. The agenda includes two items of interest to us:

• The Executive Session will include a discussion of legal advice and discussion regarding UA's KUALI implementation.
• Item #33 on the agenda is the approval of the charge of the Tri-University Information Technology Council; this is the body that is replacing the ABOR Technology Oversight Committee.
