UAssist - Online Support Request Tool

Overview   UAssist

UAssist allows students, faculty, and staff to submit online technical support requests by logging into UAssist with their NetID and password; the option to call a 24/7 technical consultant is still available.

All support requests are assigned a request ID (ticket number) in UAssist that allows the submitter and 24/7 support personnel to track the progress of that request.
