New! UAConnect Calendaring & Advanced Topics Workshops Available March 2014. Sign up seats are limited!

The UITS Workshops and Training Team are offering hands-on workshops on Microsoft Outlook 2010 for Windows - Calendaring! This workshop will cover a range of topics such as how to:
  • choose the correct type of calendar entry
  • master the Scheduling Assistant
  • set up recurring meetings and reminders
  • work with multiple calendars
  • find and use shared calendars
  • understand calendar permissions and privacy, calendar delegation
A number of tips and tricks will be offered to make your calendaring life easier and more efficient.

For those of you who enjoyed the Advanced Topics workshop, another one is scheduled for March 21, 2014! The two classes together make for a great combination for both newcomers and as a refresher for anyone who feels they need it.

UAConnect is the new faculty/staff email and calendaring service that offers a 10GB email account, a web-based way to view email, and easy access with smart phones.
