Walk-In Support   

The 24/7 IT Support Center staff offer individual, personalized, face-to-face technical support to walk-in clients 24-hours a day, seven days a week (excluding University holidays). With a staff of approximately 20 plus technical savvy students on hand there are always plenty of floor technicians available to assist with questions or to troubleshoot problems. 

Typical support issues revolve around UITS applications such as CatMail, UAConnect, UAccess, NetID, D2L, or UA issued passwords.

Also, bring in your PC or Mac computer desktop, notebook/laptop, or mobile devices, and receive assistance with such issues as: 

  • Software installation 
  • Reloading an Operating System (original disks and software licenses must be presented) 
  • Removing spyware and viruses 
  • Removing unwanted software 
  • Installing Ethernet or wireless cards 
  • Troubleshooting network problems

There is plenty of metered parking available in front of the building.

Note: Use your CatCard to gain building admittance between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

We also have a 24/7 Express location in the OSCR Lab at the Park Student Union.  We offer express services such as Password Resets, Wifi and Email configuration.  Hours of operation are: 

  Sunday 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm  
  Monday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Tuesday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Wednesday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
  Saturday 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
