Overview   

The 24/7 IT Support Center phone staff handle a large volume of inbound technical support calls. They receive approximately 150 to 200 phone calls within a 24-hour period with spikes in activity occuring during the first and last weeks of the semester. 

You may contact the 24/7 at (520) 626-TECH (8324) or (877) 522-7929 with questions about any IT service or resource provided or managed by UITS, including but not limited to the following:

  • Support for UITS applications such as CatMail, UAccess, NetID, D2L
  • Troubleshoot problems on UA owned computers and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot problems on student, faculty, or staff owned computers
  • Report a problem with the UA wired or wireless network
  • Questions about UA issued passwords

Phone Shortcut Options:

  • Press 1 - Network Outage for a Floor or Entire Buliding (NOC)
  • Press 2 – UAConnect Faculty/Staff Email
  • Press 3 – UAccess Employee
  • Press 4 – UAccess Student
  • Press 5 - Accounts and Passwords
  • Press 6 - All Other Issues
