The 24/7 IT Support Center

Overview

The 24/7 IT Support Center is the first point of contact for many IT applications and services at the University of Arizona. Our IT staff are available seven days a week (excluding University holidays) and are ready to help address any computer or technical concerns you have! We want to make sure that you are prepared to pursue your University of Arizona degree. Whether you need help logging into a class or you need a virus removed from your computer, you can contact the team at our support desk for assistance.

How to Get Support

There are multiple ways to get technical assistance from the 24/7 IT Support Center, which is available every day excluding University holidays.

UAssist Online Request

Submit your issue to the 24/7 online by logging in to UAssist (uses the Remedy Action Request System) with your UA NetID and password. Instructions on how to use UAssist are available here. If you are having an issue with your NetID or your password, you can submit a help ticket via our Web form. Your request will go directly into our service queue and be responded to on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Walk-In

Visit the 24/7 IT Support Center located in the Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Building (campus map) Room 207—1322 E. 1st Street (Mountain Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets). Plenty of metered parking is available in front of the building. Learn more about Walk-In support.

Live Chat & Remote Assistance

24/7 technical support via live chat allows you to speak with one of our many knowledgeable technical consultants. You also have the option of allowing our tech consultants to view your desktop to assist you. Learn how to use this feature.

UAnswers Online Knowledgebase

UAnswers is a searchable online knowledgebase managed by the 24/7 IT Support Center. UAnswers is a RightAnswers product, that provides solutions to general IT questions including those pretaining to popular software (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Apple). UA custom content specific to our campus applications and tools are created by the 24/7 staff.

If you don't have a UA NetID, are having problems with logging, or don't see the solution you need, please contact the 24/7 IT Support Center for assistance.

enter your UA NetID and password
once in, type in a keyword or your question
click Find Answers to get results from the knowledgebase about your topic

If your IT topic is not available, you can submit a request about the topic to the 24/7 IT Support Center.

If the issue is that you don't have a NetID, or are having problems with logging in, enter your question as a Guest without logging in, or choose from the FAQs on the main page.
