Technical Consultant Salary Range: $9.00 - $12.00 hourly
Technical Consultants (TC) staff the 24/7 IT Support Center, providing hardware and software assistance to UA students, faculty and staff. This support is provided via phone, email, chat, remote assistance and in person. TCs should have extensive experience with Windows and Macintosh operating systems, expertise dealing with virus and spyware problems, advanced knowledge of computer hardware and networking components, and the ability to troubleshoot and support a wide-range of software applications. Equally important to your technical skills is your desire to help and share your knowledge with clients and co-workers while maintaining a friendly and fun demeanor.
